This is a good parcours / martial arts videoclip from young french talent Christophe Picot from Team Element IV. He looks very promising is already skilled to the max. Amazing to see how many great teams there are in France! It’s clear to see where this sport originated from.

It’s Monday again. Parcours day! This French (?) guy is doing his thing and he remembers me of some stuff me and some friends tried when we were kids… Long story, maybe later.

Finally I found a good video clip of Dutch guy doing some freerunning! Now that I’ve found this one, I can start looking for some freerunners in the region Eindhoven. If you know any, let me know!

Time for another parcours video. Always so inspiring to watch the skills of these guys. Definately something to try in 2007! I’ll think I’ll start small with a standing backflip over 3 cars or something like that.

This is probably the most famous video about parcours or free running as some others are calling it. It’s a very nice videoclip about some russians doing some extreme parcours in their neighbourhoud. Definitely some high skilled athletes with some amazing skills! Have fun watching…
