Amazing athletics category, the 100 meters! It’s always a show to watch! So much energy in such short amount of time! Great stuff. This is the first time Asafa Powell ran in this time. Afterwards he ran it 2 more times untill now.

Wow, imagine jumping over 2.45 meters! This world record is already set in 1993 and never been beaten. Just amazing.

One of the well known accidents with a javelin. Judge stands in the field and doesn’t see the javelin coming. Right in his shoulder… You would think they would invent something to measure the distance without having someone standing in the field.

This is a woman who know how to sell herself to the public and media! She is just an amazing athlete and she finishes it with her charisma.

It’s 1996 at the olympics in Atlanta city. Michael Johnson is in the form of his life and he’s ready to beat the current 200 meter world record. Then the bang and in a perfect form he runs to a new amazing world record! One of the sportsmoments which are put down in my memory for ever.

I remember this sporting moment so clear. It was an amazing moment when these 2 long jump gods competed against each other way above the level of the rest of the field. You just have to watch it. Now I remember some more great athletic footage that will have a good place in this blog.
