Whoohaa! Nice clip to watch. Especially if you compare this level with some 20 years ago. Just one word: wow!
I had a pogo stick when I was young, but I couldn’t reach the skies with the thing. You’ll have to buy a flybar 800 thing to do things what the guy is doing in the next clip.
Nice battle between some guys. Some of these athletes are truly amazing. The skills they got are amazing and waaaayyy underrated.
Remember that jackass guy, Bam Margera? He actually has some great skateboard skills. Watch the following clip.
Sacrifices people make to look cool on video…
Time for some snowboarding. This Saturday it’s time for me again to hit the snow. So need some inspiration. What better then watching Shaun White doing some mega jumps!
It’s Monday again. Parcours day! This French (?) guy is doing his thing and he remembers me of some stuff me and some friends tried when we were kids… Long story, maybe later.
I remember this sporting moment so clear. It was an amazing moment when these 2 long jump gods competed against each other way above the level of the rest of the field. You just have to watch it. Now I remember some more great athletic footage that will have a good place in this blog.
Joe Kittinger did some serious parachuting in his days. On August 16, 1960 he jumped from the Excelsior III at 102,800 feet (31,300 m). He was in freefall for 4½ minutes and reached a maximum speed of 614 mph (988 km/h) before opening his parachute at 18,000 feet (5,500 m). Pressurization for his right glove malfunctioned during the ascent, causing his hand to swell. He set records for highest balloon ascent, highest parachute jump, longest freefall and fastest speed by a man through the atmosphere.
